Former NFL and Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Johnny Manziel has been accused of punching an Austin, Texas bar employee is the nose in a lawsuit filed against Manziel.

According to the Austin Statesman, a brief summary of the lawsuit filed Monday alleges that the man was ordered by Manziel to make drinks but that the man informed him he was not a bartender. The plaintiff was overheard talking about Manziel later by a member of Manziel’s private party, which angered the out-of-work QB. He then allegedly punched the plaintiff in the face, breaking his nose. Before police could arrive, Manziel ran out the back exit of the establishment according to the report.

The Cleveland Browns released Manziel after the alleged incident with Crowley, which was the final straw after a tumultuous two-year run with the team, and yet he remains the last quarterback to lead the team to a victory, as they’ve lost 15 straight games.
